Earned when at least 90% of a game's Steam reviewers recommend it at every stage past the first two hours, counted over three or more stages of 200 reviews each, with no stage 5 points below an earlier one. No seal is awarded or withheld by hand, and a game whose reviews stop meeting the rule stops carrying it. A game is read here once three stages past the two-hour mark each hold 200 Steam reviews. More games are read every night, the most-owned first.
