How this is counted
The libraries are public Steam profiles people read on this site, mostly to see their own pile of shame, so they lean toward bigger libraries than most Steam accounts have: these are not all of Steam's players. Each library counts once, however often it is read. Never launched means Steam has recorded zero minutes in the game.
A game counts once 30 or more libraries here own it. Free games are left out, since Steam lists a free game as owned only once it has been played, and so are adult-only games, tools and test servers. The lists hold games owned by 100 libraries or more with 10,000 Steam reviews or more, and leave out a game sold twice (an Enhanced or a Classic edition), since its owners play the other one. A kind of game counts from 20 of its games.
Many of the games left in the wrapper came in bundles, sales and giveaways, or as the extra in a pack. 5,511 games are counted today.
