  1. The Syndicate

    You were the Boss of the Third Street Saints, now celebrities with a criminal empire. A bank robbery put you, Shaundi, and Johnny Gat in the hands of Phillipe Loren's Syndicate. You refused to surrender your business. You and Shaundi escaped his plane over Steelport, but Gat was lost in the fighting.

  2. Loren’s Tower

    You regrouped with Pierce and attacked the Syndicate's businesses in Steelport. Inside Loren's tower, you freed Oleg, whose body had been used to create the gang's hulking clones. You crushed Loren beneath an elevator counterweight. Whether you destroyed or preserved the tower was your choice. When Killbane's Luchadores ambushed Gat's funeral procession, you returned to finish dismantling the Syndicate.

  3. New Allies

    You recruited hacker Kinzie Kensington, pimp Zimos, and wrestler Angel de la Muerte to fight the Syndicate's remaining gangs. Killbane took command and murdered Kiki DeWynter; her sister Viola eventually joined you against him. Meanwhile, Senator Monica Hughes sent the military force STAG into Steelport. Its commander, Cyrus Temple, turned your gang war into an occupation.

  4. Virtual Warfare

    You let Kinzie send you inside the Deckers' computer network, where you defeated Matt Miller's avatar. You spared Matt, who abandoned the Syndicate and left Steelport. Against STAG, you fought for your headquarters and held actor Josh Birk as leverage. Handing him back or keeping him with the Saints was up to you; Cyrus attacked the building either way.

  5. A City Besieged

    You impersonated Cyrus to rescue Shaundi from STAG's aircraft carrier, then destroyed it. A later attack on a cargo flight unleashed zombies on Arapice Island. You contained the outbreak, choosing whether to destroy or keep its remaining virus. With Angel, you also challenged Killbane at Murderbrawl and beat him in the ring. Whether you took his mask was your choice.

  6. Three Way

    You fought through a citywide battle between STAG and the Luchadores. Then two calls forced a choice. Killbane was escaping through the airport. STAG officer Kia had trapped Shaundi, Viola, and Mayor Burt Reynolds at the city's monument, planning to blow it up and blame the Saints. You had to choose between pursuing Killbane and saving the hostages.

  7. Your EndingThe ending

    If you saved the hostages, you killed Kia, but Killbane escaped. The Saints were hailed as heroes, STAG withdrew, and you finished by filming Gangstas in Space. If you pursued Killbane, you killed him, but Shaundi, Viola, and Reynolds died in the explosion. You then destroyed STAG's flying carrier Daedalus and killed Cyrus. You declared Steelport an independent city-state under the Saints and offered Pierce the mayor's job. Your final choice determined who shared your victory.
