  1. Deathshead’s Fortress

    You were William ‘B.J.’ Blazkowicz, attacking General Wilhelm ‘Deathshead’ Strasse's fortress in 1946. Captured with Fergus Reid and Wyatt, you were forced to choose which friend Deathshead would take for his experiments. You escaped with the other, but shrapnel struck your head. Helpless and unable to respond, you spent fourteen years in a Polish asylum.

  2. A Conquered World

    You regained the ability to fight when Nazi troops closed the asylum and murdered its patients and Anya Oliwa's parents. You escaped with Anya, the nurse who had cared for you. At her grandparents' farm, you learned that the Nazis had won the war. You headed for Berlin to find the imprisoned resistance, growing close to Anya along the way.

  3. The Kreisau Circle

    You broke into a Berlin prison and rescued the friend you had spared: Fergus or Wyatt, depending on your earlier choice. He led you to Caroline Becker's Kreisau Circle. From their hidden headquarters, you helped renew the resistance. A raid in London recovered aircraft and documents, leading you to imprisoned scientist Set Roth through evidence of sabotaged Nazi concrete.

  4. Belica

    You entered Frau Engel's labor camp at Belica and found Set. He revealed that the Nazis had stolen technology from Da'at Yichud, a secret society of Jewish scientists, to build their war machine. You helped him seize control of a giant robot, fought your way out, and freed prisoners. Set joined the resistance with knowledge that could challenge Deathshead's weapons.

  5. The Moon

    You seized a U-boat and reached a hidden Da'at Yichud cache with Set's help. To unlock the submarine's nuclear weapons, you infiltrated a Nazi lunar base and stole its decryption codes. Back on Earth, you found the Berlin headquarters under attack. Engel's forces captured Anya, Set, and other resistance members, forcing the survivors to retreat and plan a rescue.

  6. The Last OrderThe ending

    You returned to Deathshead's fortress and freed the prisoners. He forced you to fight a robot containing your sacrificed friend's brain; you destroyed it to end their suffering. You defeated Deathshead, but his grenade killed him and gravely wounded you. As Anya and the others evacuated, you authorized the fortress's nuclear destruction. The screen went black with you still inside, leaving your fate unresolved.
