    You entered Kijuju as BSAA agents Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar, hunting bioweapons dealer Ricardo Irving. The operation collapsed almost immediately. Your local contact was executed, and townspeople infected with Las Plagas attacked you. You found Alpha Team slaughtered and destroyed the Uroboros creature responsible. Data from the operation offered Chris an unexpected lead: his missing partner, Jill Valentine, might still have been alive.

  2. After Irving

    You pursued Irving through mines and across the savannah. A hooded accomplice helped him escape, while another creature destroyed most of Delta Team. Ordered to withdraw, you kept going; Chris refused to abandon Jill. Beyond the marshlands, you caught Irving fleeing an oil facility. He injected himself with a parasite and transformed. You killed him, but his final words pointed toward nearby caves and TRICELL executive Excella Gionne.

  3. Beneath the ruins

    You crossed ancient underground ruins and found flowers that had supplied the Progenitor virus. Beyond them stood an Umbrella laboratory now operated by TRICELL. The company had been developing bioweapons beneath the region. You searched its records for Jill and found her holding chamber empty. Excella tried to stop your advance, but you fought deeper into the facility toward the people directing the outbreak.

  4. Jill unmasked

    You confronted Albert Wesker and discovered that the hooded woman was Jill. She had survived the fall that made Chris believe her dead, only to become Wesker's captive. A device on her chest continually dosed her with a drug that forced her obedience. After Wesker left, you restrained Jill and tore it away. Freed but exhausted, she urged you to pursue him.

  5. Uroboros

    You boarded Wesker's ship and followed Excella, collecting syringes she dropped while fleeing. Wesker betrayed her by infecting her with Uroboros. You destroyed the immense creature that consumed her, then learned his plan: release the virus worldwide from a bomber and rule whoever survived. Jill told you that Wesker depended on carefully measured serum injections. The syringes gave you a way to overdose and weaken him.

  6. The volcanoThe ending

    You injected Wesker and fought him aboard the bomber, which crashed into a volcano. He infected himself with Uroboros and attacked again, but you survived until he fell into lava. Josh Stone arrived by helicopter with Jill to rescue you. When Wesker seized the aircraft, you fired rockets into him together and killed him. You flew away with Jill alive, both partners safe, and his planned global release stopped.
