What it reads, and what it keeps

For a library question it makes one read-only pass over the public Steam Web API: the games on the profile and the hours on each. No library is saved. For a game question it reads counts this site already holds, taken from Steam's public reviews.

The hours it reports for a game are hours played when a review was written, not a time to finish it. The achievement shares are of players who launched the game, not a finish rate.

It keeps a count of questions: which of the three was asked, which assistant asked, and whether it got an answer. It does not keep the profile, the game, or anything else from your conversation. More in the privacy page, and the contact form reaches the maintainer.
