The normal Name 100 board rewards the fastest completed run. Ultra assumes almost nobody will reach 1,000, so its public order is games named first and active time only breaks ties.

The strict judge, repeat rules, and three-games-per-series cap are unchanged. Ultra checkpoints never count as Name 100 finishes or enter its speed statistics.
